What was the highlight of Hakuba Hotel Paipu no Kemuri
Good and bad. The onsen saved it.
Onsen was great. Drying room was great. Lockers were really useful. Fireplace was lovely.
Buffet was pretty repetitive - more variety would have been good. Pillows were too flat with not enough cushioning. Wifi in our room was terrible and unusable. Definitely a low point.

What was the highlight of Hakuba Hotel Paipu no Kemuri
Pleasant
The position was great for walking to eat for dinner and breakfast. Walk to Woody's ski rental hire they were great. Unfortunately Happo 1 slopes didn't have enough snow to ski on ( mid March 2023 ) so we would usually walk down the 200m to the gondala easily and ski there for the day.
The breakfast was very limited for western food and the evening dinner was stone cold so we only ate there once for dinner out of the 4 nights. The pillows were hard and the room smelt musky - overall for the price we could have gotten a much nicer place down the road for less money after doing a couple of inquiries ( should have stayed at Morino Lodge ) we had to catch transport to ski at other mountains, Hakuba 47 as it had way more snow so the reason for choosing this resort was for the location to the Happo 1 Gondala which we couldn't ski at)

コスパが良い！大浴場も良かった。 八方尾根スキー場に行くなら良いと思う。 部屋にハンガー掛けもあり、ウェアを干す場所に困らなかった。
ご飯のメニューがいまいち。 値段を考えると贅沢は言えないが、夕食ではお刺身が1種類でも有れば嬉しかった。 個人的には、飲み放題は要らないので、メニューを充実させて欲しい。

夕食バイキングで、アルコールが飲み放題。 八方尾根スキー場がすぐ近く。
大浴場の洗い場が、もう少し広ければ。。
