What was the highlight of Hakuba Hotel Paipu no Kemuri
Good and bad. The onsen saved it.
Onsen was great. Drying room was great. Lockers were really useful. Fireplace was lovely.
Buffet was pretty repetitive - more variety would have been good. Pillows were too flat with not enough cushioning. Wifi in our room was terrible and unusable. Definitely a low point.

It’s a really good basic hotel, very conveniently located. Felt comfortable staying and made most of all the hotel had to offer (lounge area with fireplace, breakfast, indoor and outdoor heated baths, massive drying room). Would stay again
